Which laboratory performs the testing?
Testing is performed by Freedom Diagnostics, an independent third-party analytical laboratory. Purity and identity are determined by HPLC coupled with mass spectrometry, and endotoxin is screened as a separate assay. The signed reports are published on the Lab Reports page.
How do I match a vial to its certificate?
Locate the accession or batch number printed on the vial label, enter it in the search box on this page, and open the matching signed report. The batch number on the label and the batch number on the certificate should be identical.
What does a 99%+ HPLC purity result actually measure?
HPLC separates a sample into its components and reports the target peptide as a percentage of total detected peak area. A 99%+ result means the named peptide accounts for at least 99% of the material detected in that batch, and mass spectrometry confirms the identity of that peak.
